WorkOne Northern Indiana, a publicly funded, nonprofit agency, provides employment-related services to both individuals--such as one-to-one counseling and group training activities to build skills--and to employers--such as ongoing conversations on technical and soft-skills needed in workers candidate screenings and hosting hiring events--throughout Indiana's Economic Growth Region 2 (featuring Elkhart, Fulton, Kosciusko, Marshall and St. Joseph counties). Region 2 features some 23,500 employers, 302,000 workers, and 605,000 residents. Our Mission: We exist to get people jobs as quickly as possible at the highest possible wage by meeting the needs of regional employers.
